# About Remodel It

Remodel It is a turnkey building contractor based in London, run by Gary Abrahams.
We transform kitchens and bathrooms and carry out full refurbishments for homeowners
and businesses across North London, NW London and Hertfordshire.

## Meet Gary

Gary has around 30 years of hands on experience across building, refurbishment and
fit out. He set up Remodel It Ltd in 2021 to give clients what he felt was missing
from the trade: one team that manages the whole job, a clear written price, and
the same high standard from strip out to handover.

Gary visits every job himself, surveys the space and works with you on the design,
then manages a trusted team of tradespeople through to completion. Many clients
come back to us again and again, and most of our work comes from recommendations.

### Our promise

 * **Fully insured** and **work guaranteed**
 * **Gas Safe** and **NICEIC** certified trades for gas and electrics
 * A free site visit and a clear written quote and scope of works
 * One point of contact, one team, one price
 * A tidy site and a proper clean at handover
